How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, find Faith Companion, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open Faith Companion, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Is my journal and prayer data private?

Yes. All your journal entries, prayers, and emotion check-ins are stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal content on our servers. AI-generated responses are processed in real time and not retained.
How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any recent purchase.
What's included in the premium subscription?

Premium includes AI-powered personalized scripture readings tailored to your emotions and season of life, guided journaling with reflections, prayer generation and saving, emotion tracking with insights, and daily devotionals. All AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude.

Subscription Management
Faith Companion offers a monthly plan ($4.99/month with a 7-day free trial) and an annual plan ($39.99/year).
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
